A piper 28 flew too low over glider airfield while winch launch was occuring. The piper 28 were only about 30m from the falling wire and could have hit it. It looks like the piper 28 is far away, but it is only about 100m away from the glider. The glider disconnected the winch in 390m AGL. So the piper must have been in around 300m AGL.

If the glider had launched 10 seconds later a midair collision might have happened
