"Stumped Susan" Stumpwork Embroidery Pattern - Tutorial

In this video I'm taking you through step-by-instructions on how to create this stumpwork embroidery. The pattern design is inspired by the Black-eyed Susan flowers. Black-eyed Susans, native to North America are one of the most popular wildflowers and can be recognised by their golden-yellow beauty.

This piece involves several different stitches such as French knot, stem stitch, detached woven picots, pistil stitch, fishbone stitch, split stitch and laid stitch.
