Each team is required to have a minimum of 12 German nationals
4 local players in your squad
A local player is someone who's spent 3 years at the club up to the age of 21
Maximum of 99 players registered (lol)

Scout Germany & two of:
Netherlands
Poland
France
Austria
Cameroon
Switzerland
Brazil
Croatia

Realistic Player Ratings
If you dont want to dominate the league.

Champions League - 86
Europa League - 83
Mid Table - 82
Relegation Fodder - 76
