Quick tutorial for removing the heat sink from the G.Skill Trident Z RAM module. I removed it and I realized how hard it was and how risky so I decided to show it to you. There were no tutorial when I did it so enjoy you have one ;)

You can see the module has chips only from one side. There is foil sticky on both sides. The other side has a sticky foam. No thermal pads. Quite hard to remove both sides. I think it does not matter what side you will start with.

I am not good english speaker and definitly not youtuber :D
