DIY, this is a complete upholstery leather seat swap on a 3rd Gen AL10 2010 Lexus RX350, changing the original parchment leather/ vinyl to a cleaner and new nice vanilla frost seats. Things that is needed to consider:
After market upholstery aren’t made to fit exactly like OEM, modifications are require and thus seeking a professional is an option.

Phillips screw driver
Flathead screw driver
14mm socket
10mm socket
Pliers
Hog rings (local Lowe’s or Home Depot)
Hog ring plier (local Lowe’s or Home Depot)
Metal snipper tool or small bolt cutter
Sharp razor blade
