Quick way to make curry chicken. Always season ur chicken and then marinate it over night or for at least 2 hours for the best flavour. When putting in ur carrots and potatoes do it About 15 to 20 minutes before ur finish cooking.. they are the last two things to go in apart from tasting the pot to see if it need adjustment of seasoning or salt. Never salt before seasoning the meat because sometime them seasoning have already a lot of salt in them. So becareful with that. In the meantime enjoy 😊

Ingredients

Onion powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tbsp
Green seasoning
Chicken season 1 tbsp
All purpose season 1 Tsp
Adobo 1 tsp
Onion 🧅 1
Scallion 2
Pepper 🫑
1 /4 Scotch bonnet pepper
A touch of Cajun
Curry powder and
Turmeric powder 1 tbsp of each
adjust to ur taste.

Add salt towards the end , when the meat Is almost ready and ur adjusting the taste as most of the season already have salt in it.
