We're having a Harry Potter party and I wanted to create the effect of the moving portraits. I found the base video at    • Harry Potter Painting Effect #2   by BrothersMedia and I added a frame that I'd removed the background of and a title plate for the portrait. We decided she should be Kendra Dumbledore. Special thanks to this actor, whoever she is, for her talent.
