Heita daar! This week we danced and trotted around a flavour packed, spicy and delicious Pork recipe. This is called Ngatha in my language(Pedi/Northern Sotho); usually served with Pap or Dumpling. Now I’ve had my share of Ngatha nê? But askies; NEVER have I EVER had Ngatha this darn tasty! Stru 🤞🏽!

It was the right amount of spicy, a hint of Smokey barbecue sweetness; paired perfectly with the sweet dumplings.
I used:

1kg Pork Feet
2 small yellow onions
2 small red onions
2 red Chillies
1 tbsp Garlic x Herb
Black pepper
Sea salt
1 tbsp Cumin seeds
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Tomato paste
Salt and Cayenne pepper to taste
BQQ Sauce
And enough Chicken stock to cover the feet
