projectXJ: Can an axle amateur install this TORQ Locker? (Jeep Cherokee XJ, Chrysler 8.25)

Описание к видео projectXJ: Can an axle amateur install this TORQ Locker? (Jeep Cherokee XJ, Chrysler 8.25)

Today on Workshop Quick Takes (wqt): A limited-slip differential or a locker is a great feature in at least the rear axle of a 4x4 vehicle, but our Jeep was not fitted with either one. We've never taken apart anything inside a differential case before, so can we install the TORQ-Locker as easily as everyone claims?

Join us in our 2000 Jeep Cherokee XJ as we walk through this process on the Chrysler 8.25 axle, with close-in camera shots and step-by-step review for an amateur. Tools and supplies for this project are fairly basic, but if you're realatively new to axle work as we were, time should be budgeted appropriately. Did it work out? Find out!
