College of Engineering Roorkee (COER) was established in year 1998 by Seth Roshan Lal Jain Trust. It is situated on National Highway (NH-58) which is about 180 Km North of Delhi, the Capital of India. It is just 7 Km from Roorkee towards Hardwar. It is spread over 75 acres of lush green pollution free atmosphere. One is sure to be struck by the aesthetic elegance of its buildings, spacious lawns, sports grounds and lush green environment so conducive for teaching- learning process. It is affiliated to Uttarakhand Technical University. Dehradun and approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
