If you are expecting a baby, Congratulations to you! Pregnancy is amazing and comes with a few challenges especially in the first trimester. From restless legs to all day nausea and morning sickness, and everything in between, I have found many natural remedies to help support a holistic pregnancy in the first early weeks. This is my 7th pregnancy and 5th baby so I have tried many things over the years and this is what has worked best for me.
