Today's video covers three exercises that can help reduce pain related to radial tunnel syndrome. Radial tunnel syndrome is a disorder in which a branch of the radial nerve called the posterior interosseous nerve (PIN) becomes compressed and irritated in the radial tunnel near the elbow.

Radial tunnel syndrome is usually associated with overuse or repetitive activities of the wrist and forearm, especially movements that require the forearm to rotate repetitively. Besides trying the exercises in this video, seeing a certified hand therapist should be considered as a wrist splint could also be helpful.
