Cheesy Bread Balls

Ingredients for Filling:
Potatoes (boiled & mashed) 1 cup
Chicken (boiled & shredded) 1 cup
Carrot (chopped) 1/2 cup
Capsicum (chopped) 1/2 cup
Sweet corn 1/2 cup
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Mozzarella & cheddar cheese 1 cup
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Bread Balls:
Bread slices as required
Prepared filling
Water (for soaking) as required
Beaten eggs as required
Bread crumbs as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions for Filling Preparation:
In a bowl add mashed potatoes, shredded chicken, carrot, capsicum, sweet corn, mayonnaise, cheese, soy sauce, garlic powder, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, salt, oregano and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Bread Balls Preparation:
Take the bread slices and remove the edges.
Soak them lightly in water.
Now place filling on the slices and wrap the bread to make bread balls.
Dip them in beaten eggs and coat them in bread crumbs.
Now deep fry them until golden in color.
Your Cheesy Bread Balls are ready.
