Aventura Hotel skyliner suite

we stayed at the Aventura Hotel for one night in a skyliner suite, and I've got to say the room and view at first glance was amazing. however, we soon found out that one of the tvs in the living area didn't work, the toilet would not flush, there was dust and stains everywhere, and mould on the shower walls. All these things just added up to a bad experience, especially sitting in the room at 11pm with two children and no working toilet. Eventually, at just after midnight, a maintenance guy arrived to fix the issue with the toilet. This hasn't put me off the hotel entirely because the view from the room was amazing, but Universal really needs better quality control of their rooms. At around midnight, the front desk offered me a $50 credit to use, but when I went down the next morning, this was no longer available. poor customer service!
