1 cup poha/ chiwda
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp pachphoran
1 cup besan
1 tbsp amchur powder
1 tbsp sonth
1 tbsp kasoori methi
2 tbsp kaju
1/2 tsp hing
1 tsp haldi
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup water
Salt to taste

For dough
1/4 tsp hing
1/3 cup warm ghee
1/3 cup hot water
1/2 cup suji
2.5 cup wheat flour
1 tsp ajwain
Salt to taste

Oil for frying

For sabji
1 spoon dhaniya
1 spoon jeera
1 spoon saunf
1 cup dhaniya patti
4-5 hari mirch
1 piece adarak
1/2 cup pudina
2 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp jeera
1 tbsp kashmiri mirch
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tbsp amchur powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp kasoori methi
1.5 liter water
