Garam Masala - 1/4 Spoon
Red Chilly Powder - 1/4 Spoon

For Pakwan:
Maida (Fine Wheat Flour) - 1.5 Cups
Ajwain - 1 Tsp
Jeera - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Oil - 3 Spoons
Water - 1/2 Glass (125 ml)

Coriander - 1 Cup
Mint Leaves - 1/2 Cup
Green Chilly - 2
Ginger - 2 Inch
Onion - 1
Black Salt - 1/4 Spoon
Roasted Jeera Powder - 1/4 Spoon
Salt - 2 Pinch
Lemon Juice - 1/2
Oil - 1 Spoon
