The partnership between India's largest conglomerate Reliance Industries and US social media giant Facebook could expand beyond the scope of just adding Kirana stores for JioMart via the WhatsApp platform, the sources said. In addition to using the WhatsApp messaging app, in the future, Reliance could leverage other Facebook group online platforms, such as Instagram and Facebook, to power its other retail brands, including Reliance Brands, Reliance Trends, and Reliance Digital.
