Ready to sync new leads to your ActiveCampaign account?

We’ll show you how to create and update a contact’s information, and add them to an automation.

Once you’ve built a form with our Form Builder, go to Settings. Click on Integrations, then select ActiveCampaign.

To start the integration, you’ll need a few details from your ActiveCampaign account.

Open your account and click on Settings at the bottom left.

Select the Developer tab to view your API URL and API Key, and copy and paste them into the JotForm Form Builder.

Authenticate your account and select an action for your integration. We’ll start with create or update a contact.

From here, select which list to send your contacts to, apply any tags, and match your form fields with your ActiveCampaign fields.

Then press save.

To add new contacts to an automated workflow, select an automation and the form field you’d like to sync to it.

You can even add notes to contacts in ActiveCampaign by clicking Add Note to Contact and choosing which fields to add as notes.

When you’ve finished setting up your form, complete the integration and publish your form to start collecting contacts.

When someone submits your form, the information is saved in your JotForm account and synced to your ActiveCampaign account.

To view your new contacts, head to the contacts section in ActiveCampaign. There, you’ll be able to view new contacts, automations, and notes submitted through your online form.

Now we’ll show you how to instantly create deals for new contacts.
Go to your contact form’s settings and set up your ActiveCampaign integration.

Copy and paste your ActiveCampaign API URL and API key to authenticate the form.

Select Create or Update a Contact, then choose a list to send your contacts to.

Match up your form fields and hit save.

Then add a new ActiveCampaign action and select Create deal.

Choose an owner, pipeline, and stage, and match up the form fields to set up your new deal automation.

Now you’re ready to complete the integration.

When a potential lead fills in and submits your contact form, you’ll instantly receive their information in your ActiveCampaign account.
For each contact, the form will also automatically create new deals that you can assign to team members.

Just click on the Deals tab to view a visual display of new leads, deals, and tasks.
