( Japanese Egg Omerret top with Beef )

Hello everyone. I love eggs, and you ?
This time, I’ll introduce Japanese egg dish.
I'll use with beef to create a luxurious egg dish.
Making Dashimaki Tamago is a little dificult,
but you’ll be make it well if you try making many times.
Let’s cook together .

By the way,
“Nike” means “Beef ( or Meat )”
“nose” means “put it on top”
“Tamago” means “egg”
“Dashimaki Tamago” means “Egg mixed with dashi soup”

Ingredients (For 2 peace)
・200g thin sliced beef
・30g sugar
・20cc sake
・40cc soy sauce

・4 eggs
・60cc water
・1g dasje powder (Ajinomoto Hondashi)
・5cc soy sauce
・2g suger

・1stick green onion
・Appropriate amount of oil

Recipe
・Cut the green onion.
・Oil into heated the pan.
 Pan-fry the beef until brown.
・Add sugar, sake and soy sauce.
 Cook them until the liquid evaporates.
・Let’s make “Dashimaki Tamago”.
 Crack the eggs, and mix well.
 Add water, dashi powder, soy sauce andsugar.
 Mix well.
・Pour oil into a heated pan.
 Use a little more oil than usual.
・Make one Dashimaki Tamago using half of the mixed eggs.
・Make it one more using the other half.
・Place on a plate.
 Cut the Dashimaki Tamago.
 Put the beef and the green onion on it.
