Rajkot Gaming Zone Fire Case: Gujarat HC To Decide Who Is Accountable For Safety Lapses

An agreement form, which stated that if anything happened to the customers inside the gaming zone in Gujarat's Rajkot, where a fire killed more than 20 people on Saturday, was signed by the customers before entering it.

Moreover, the gaming zone did not have a No Objective Certificate (NOC) from the fire department, officials said. According to the information, the gaming zone had only one route used as both entry and exit. Additionally, thousands of litres of petrol and diesel were stored in various pockets of the zone.
