The Boundary - A Different Side of Yamanashi | Award Winning Film

When you hear "Yamanashi," what comes to your mind?
I guess most Japanese people think of Mt. Fuji first.
But this time, we visited Lake Otome literally on the other side of Mt Fuji, and dived deep into the prefecture in collaboration with Hotorinite.

Surprisingly, this short film won an award for one of the best films at a Japanese film festival called Yamanokuni - Visual Award. Also, I really hope you feel the beauty of a different side of Yamanashi and will visit the amazing villa someday!

“山梨といえば富士山”というイメージがありますが、今回はその真反対にある乙女湖の1日1組限定の宿「ホトリニテ」へ訪れ、「人間と自然の境界」をテーマに、山梨の隠れた魅力を表現した動画を制作しました。
そして大変光栄なことに、今回の作品は、山の洲ビジュアルアワード総合部門にて栄えある「優秀賞」を受賞しました！

乙女湖周辺の美しい原風景、地元の方の暖かいおもてなし、ダイナミックな季節の移り変わり、想像していなかった絶景に出会える素晴らしさ。
定番の観光地や都会の高級ホテルとは違った、"新しい日本旅行の楽しみ方"をぜひ世界中の人達に味わって欲しいと願っております。
