The ALS Association Golden West Chapter held a special "Ask the Experts" with top ALS clinicians and researchers. In the video, you will see the following presentations: Amy Roman, MS, CCC-SLP explains various augmentative communication devices and strategies. Lee Guion, MA, RRT, FAARC outlines the seven best ways to maintain lung health in ALS. Andrew Lui, DPT covers the why, when and how of exercise for pALS. David Besio, MS, RD explains how to ensure and maintain adequate nutrition intake in persons with ALS.
