🚨 USCIS CONFIRMS DATES FOR FILING CHART – OCTOBER 2025 VISA BULLETIN | MAJOR NEWS FOR EB-1, EB-2, EB-3!

USCIS has officially confirmed that employment-based applicants must use the Dates for Filing chart for October 2025! This is a massive opportunity for EB-1, EB-2 (including NIW), and EB-3 petitioners, especially from India, China, and Rest of World.

📌 If your priority date is earlier than the cutoff, you can now file your I-485 adjustment of status application.

Key Filing Dates Confirmed:

EB-2 ROW: Before July 15, 2024

EB-2 India: Before December 1, 2013
