Carlos Elliot Jr. is a Colombian Bluesman who has been inspired by the Mississippi Hill Country Blues and heritage found in African and Latin American music. Sensitive to the need to promote the preservation of ‘Mother Earth’ and ancient traditions, Carlos plays guitar and fife as the pioneer of the Hill Country Blues in South America.

The Cornlickers were the last band of the legendary Bluesman Big Jack Johnson from Mississippi and made a record together along with Carlos Elliot called "Mystic Juke Joint Blues".
