Paralia Sykia Beach, Halkidiki, Greece 4K - Scenic Aerial Cinematic

Paralia Sykia, meaning "the beach of Sykia," is a charming resort located on the southeast shore of Sithonia. It serves as the seaside area for the village of Sykia, situated just 2-3 km away.

Paralia Sykia is a tranquil destination favored by families and nature enthusiasts, boasting numerous beautiful sandy beaches. The main beach, Ai Giannis, is the largest, featuring two beach cafes and ample open space. Nearby, you can find several smaller beaches separated by sea cliffs:

To the north: Valti and Griavas
To the south: Linaraki, Pygadaki, Tourkolimnionas, and Klimataria
Despite their individual names, these beaches are collectively known as "the beaches of Sykia." Kriaritsi, neighboring Klimataria, is sometimes included in this group as well.

On the main beach, you'll find the ruins of two old windmills. Accommodation options include guesthouses with studios and apartments, as well as campsites. While there are no large hotels or nightlife, a few beach taverns along the coast serve fresh fish and traditional Greek meals. Additionally, a large supermarket, two bakeries, and a fish store are located along the main road above Paralia Sykia.
