What's the Best IndyCar Game?

Its that time of the year, the Indianapolis 500 is on the horizon we all want to impersonate our heros and have some fun 240mph action. But what is the best way to do it? Sadly there is no "official" IndyCar game and I wouldn't hold your breath for the 2023 title. So lets take a look at what's out there today in the sim racing world and if any title can really be called an IndyCar game!
