How Do Metro Prepaid Electric Sub Meters Work for Landlords?

This video gives an overview of how Metro Prepaid electric submeters work for landlords.

The electric sub meter is installed with it’s own consumer board, where needed (flat, room, apartment, etc.) and to top-up their electricity, the tenant will have to go to any PayPoint store with a meter card or through online payments to get their Metro Code (recharge pin).

The cost of electricity flowing through the Metro Prepaid sub meters is recovered through Metro Codes sold, and is repaid to the landlord by Metro Prepaid (monthly via bank payment). Metro prepaid collects the payments from the tenants for their usage and pays this money to the landlord so that they pay their account with the energy supplier.
