Disney Marathon Weekend 2024 EXPO DAY!!! | Expo merch, fun, and food at Coronado Springs!

EXPO day for Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend 2024! So excited to be here a year later, ready to take on my 4th Dopey Challenge!!

Come check out all the expo fun (grabbing our bib, merch, etc) and a quick dinner at Coronado Springs' Rix Sports Bar and Grill, before getting ready for the first of 4 races - the 5K!

I COMPLETED MY 4TH DOPEY CHALLENGE!!!!!

Come join me on this incredible adventure, following every day of Walt Disney World's marathon weekend, including the EXPO, 5K, 10K, half marathon and culminating in the FULL MARATHON race days.

The theme for the marathon weekend this year was the decades, in celebration of the Disney 100! Follow along as we travel through the decades -

Thursday 5K: 1920s-1930s

Friday 10K: 1940s-1960s

Saturday Half: 1970s-1990s

Sunday Full: 2000s-Current

SO fun running through the different decades and seeing RARE characters like Oswald, Jiminy Cricket, Huey Dewey and Louie, and so much more!

This year, I ran as no particular theme:
5K - Asha from Wish (because I worked on this movie! yay!)
10K - Aladdin from "One Jump Ahead" and his loaf of bread
Half Marathon - Donald Duck
Full Marathon - Lightning McQueen "KACHOW!"

I filmed every single race, including pre/post race prep, for any of you debating if RunDisney races are for you!! Or if you're a fellow Dopey or marathoner/racer, relive these incredible races right here.

*Dopey Challenge is an ultimate running challenge, with runners running a 5K, 10K, half marathon, and full marathon back to back for 4 consecutive days.
