I'm so glad to welcome Estée Lalonde back to the podcast, especially as this conversation coincides with some exciting developments in her professional and personal life. There's her body care brand Mirror Water and a new relationship...

Her career is a truly incredible one: she followed her boyfriend to London, became a part of the beauty blogging community and has gone on to make her social media and Youtube a wildly successful business. She has shared her life with millions of followers and as she evolves from influencer to businesswoman, she's opening up about the highs and lows of taking huge risks, knowing what you want from life, people and relationships and why you have to advocate for yourself.

I've known Estée for a few years now and I always come away from time spent with her feeling better for having seen the world through her eyes and, I'm just going to say it, I think this might be the best conversation I've had with her in the time we've known each other.

Estée is always honest, real and straight-talking so hearing her share her life lessons with no filter whatsoever was a real eye-opener. I learned a lot and I hope you do too!

"Are you getting in your own way? You might not even realise you are. I didn’t, but by the time I hit my late 30s, the way I thought and lived was so life-limiting that I’d backed myself into a corner and I was horribly lost; mentally, physically and emotionally. I was the Queen of self-sabotage and the only way out was to admit I didn’t have all the answers, wipe my slate clean and look at the world through other people’s eyes. And that’s how The Emma Guns Show was born. Each week I chat to guests from different backgrounds, expertise and industries to find out how they overcame their insecurities, tapped into their potential and started to live authentically. They generously share their success stories without sugar-coating the failures so you can become the best version of yourself."
