In the coastal town of Barcarès, where the salty breeze whispered secrets of the sea, the Lords of Tram GKA Big Air Kite World Cup unfolded. As the morning sun kissed the waves, anticipation filled the air, promising a day of skill and passion on the water.

The day kicked off with a bang as the Tramontana winds roared in early and strong, setting the stage for an epic showdown of day 2.

Leonardo Casati, younger brother of Lorenzo, set the tone in the day's first heat. He landed three big seven point tricks and beat Marc Jacobs who had to battle in round two.
In another opening heat, Jeremy Burlando showed he meant business with a huge 24 metre-high Contraloop Frontroll Boardoff.
Josué San, "Baby Shark", came out firing in his early heat, chalking up 9.50 for a double contra that marked him out as one to watch.
Marc Jacobs didn't make the same mistake as he fought for survival in round two. The New Zealander shrugged off any jet-lag to close out his heat and advance to the quarter-finals.
France's Edgar Ulrich was equally ruthless and moved forward to the quarters with a win in round two heat two, though he was given a run for his money in a tight heat.
British veteran Aaron Hadlow showed no mercy when he was involved in a battle with two of the youngest riders in the competition, countryman Max Tullett and Australian Ruben Swart. Hadlow beat both, though Swart also moved the quarter-finals.
In the first quarter-final Dutchman Giel Vlugt came out strongly, ending the run of Leonardo Casati and the French former Freestyle world champion, Arthur Guillebert.
Jeremey Burlando landed a berth in the semi-final when he won his quarter-final heat, helped by a huge Contraloop Backrool Boardoff for 7.93. That put Lorenzo Casati in second, though he still advanced at the expense of Aaron Hadlow.
Dutchman Jamie Overbeek came out of the blocks fast in his quarter-final and never looked back to take the win in tricky breezes. Only Josué San could keep up with Overbeek and second place earned him a semi-final spot, sending Marc Jacobs home.
Reigning world champion Andrea Principi continued the  dominant form he had shown in his opening heat and swept to the semi-final with a big display that showed mastery of the difficult conditions.
France's Edgar Ulrich also advanced as the wind dropped out and ended the first days proceedings. The competition is finally poised for the big showdown to see who will be crown the Lords of Tram.

As the sun set, casting a golden glow upon the sea, the stage was set for the ultimate showdown, where each rider's passion would fuel their quest for victory.
