1. 2 tbsp peanuts
2. 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
3. 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
4. ½ tsp salt
5. ½ tsp coriander cumin seeds powder
6. ¼ tsp asafoetida
7. ½ tsp spicy red chilly powder
8. 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilly powder

For green chutney-
1. 1 tbsp peanut
2. 2 spicy green chilly
3. 6-7 curry leaves
4. ¼ tsp salt
5. ¼ tsp black salt
6. ¼ tsp asafoetida
7. ¼ tsp sugar
8. ¼ tsp cumin seeds
9. 1 cup coriander leaves with stem
10. 2 tbsp water
11. ½ lemon juice

For stuffing-

1. 1 tbsp oil
2. ¼ tsp black mustard seeds
3. ¼ tsp asafoetida
4. ¼ tsp dry ginger powder
5. 1 tsp green chilly paste
6. 6-7 curry leaves
7. ½ tsp turmeric powder
8. 4 boiled rae banana
9. ½ tsp salt
10. ½ tsp coriander cumin seeds powder
11. ½ lemon juice
12. ¼ cup coriander leaves
13. ¼ tsp sugar

For batter-

1. 1 cup semolina
2. ½ cup curd
3. ¾ cup water
4. ¾ tsp salt
5. ½ tsp green chilly paste
6. ½ tsp eno

*ghee
*tomato sauce
