CRX Si - Installing the Skunk2 Alpha radiator with the Innovative Competition series traction bar

Does the Skunk2 Alpha CRX radiator fit if you have an Innovation Competition traction bar installed?

I've read forum posts. I've read Facebook group comments. I've read Amazon reviews. Some people say you have to mount the radiator at an angle. Some people say you have to cut out the supports in the hood. Others say you need to weld tabs on to the traction bar.
