What's going on YouTube!?!? Deer season is right around the corner in SC!!! Since it's almost here, I decided I would give you guys a quick update on the summer food plots. The 2 acre plot appears to be struggling, & the 5 acre plot looks like its doing well. I originally planned to do all these plots in straight soybeans, but decided against it due to the amount of deer pressure. I planted a mixture of seeds so we would have a variety of plants in case one particular plant failed. It looks like this was an excellent idea as the sorghum is taking off while the deer have annihilated alotta the soybeans. lol.. Hopefully these plots will keep growing & we have a little action once deer season gets here. I'll keep you guys posted.. Stay Tuned!!!
