Cotton Snow CheeseCake

Made this cake so yummy!

Ingredients you'll need
Cake:
-3 egg yolks
-40g sugar(1/4cup)
-80ml milk(1/3cup)
-50ml canola oil(1/4cup)
-5ml vannila essence(1tsp)
-120g all purpose flour(1cup)
-2g salt(1/4tsp)
-3 egg whites
-2g lemon juice or cream of tartar(1/2tsp)
-50g sugar(1/3cup)

Snow Frosting:
-110g Softened unsalted butter (1/2cup)
-60g cream cheese (1/2cup)
-50g condensed milk(1/4cup)
-60g heavy cream (1/4cup)
-grated cheddar cheese for topping

Baking time:25-30 minutes
Oven temp:120°c
*depending on individual oven
*Round mould 25cm
*water bath method as shown on video
