High Court Order on Arvind Kejriwal Bail LIVE: पलट गया केजरीवाल की रिहाई का फैसला !

ED has reached Delhi High Court against the bail granted to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in the liquor scam.... Hearing on ED's appeal is going to start in the vacation bench of Delhi High Court in some time.... ED has filed its petition. ED has demanded a stay on Kejriwal's bail... He has also demanded a stay on the decision of the lower court... ED says that it was not given enough time to present its case in the lower court. Gaya...ED had asked for 2 days time for arguments from the court...which it did not get..

दिल्ली के सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल को शराब घोटाले में मिली जमानत के खिलाफ ED दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट पहुंच गई है.....ED की अपील पर दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट के वैकेशन बेंच में थोड़ी देर में सुनवाई शुरू होने वाली है....ED ने अपनी याचका में केजरीवाल की जमानत पर रोक लगाने की मांग की है...साथ ही उसने निचली अदालत के फैसले पर भी स्टे लगाने की मांग की है... ED का कहना है कि उसे निचली अदालत में उसे अपनी बात करने का पूरा समय नहीं दिया गया....ED ने कोर्ट से बहस के लिए 2 दिन का समय मांगा था..जो उसे नहीं मिला..इसके अलावा ED का ये भी कहना है कि उसे निचली अदालत के फैसले की कॉपी अभी तक नहीं मिली है....ED के साथ साथ केजरीवाल के वकील भी हाईकोर्ट पहुंच गए हैं...केजरीवाल के वकील अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी ने जल्द सुनवाई का विरोध किया...लेकिन उनकी दलील कोर्ट ने खारिज कर दी है
