First Shots ever Fired in Tarkov. USEC vs. Russian Federation. Escape From Tarkov Lore

This is the little known story of the first time USEC forces opened fire on uniformed Russian Federation forces in the Tarkov timeline. Starting in 2011, after this incident the situation in Tarkov started to rapidly deteriorate and it wasn't long before BEAR made it's first appearances in the Norvinsk region.
