What do you do with all of the herbs in your garden? Herbs are one of the easiest things to grow in a garden. However, in the store, they can get pricey! The cost of herb butter is insane when you calculate how much effort you need to make your own. Herbal butters are also a great gift for the holidays. They are great compliments to holiday dishes and appetizers.

Herbs are also used as a plant to companion plant with to prevent pests from damaging the garden. This means alot of gardeners have more herbs than they know what to do with. Have no fear, I'm creating lists of simple ways to use and store those herbs for later use.
