Anubis - Guardian of the Scales -

An hour long atmospheric dark ambient soundscape to help you study, relax, meditate or simply to soothe your soul.

As one of the earliest Egyptian gods, and with tremendous powers, Anubis protected the souls of the dead and guided them in the afterlife.

In his role as ‘Guardian of the Scales’, Anubis would oversee the ‘Weighing of the Heart’ ceremony where the heart of the deceased was balanced against the feather of Ma’at, a goddess who represented truth, justice and morality.

This decided if the person was worthy, or not, to live an eternal life.
