In this video, MAK Water engineer Nathan Johnson takes us on a tour of an advanced Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO) desalination plant built in a 40' shipping container that is undergoing factory testing before the client collects the plant and takes it to their mine site in the remote deserts of north-west Western Australia.

Notable features of this highly digitised water treatment plant include:
💧 2x 100% duty standby RO trains for full redundancy protection of customer's potable water supply.
💧 Differential pressure monitoring on all filters & membranes for digital monitoring of filter capacity
💧 Powerful water chiller to cool drinking water in desert heat
💧 ClearAccess™ remote plant monitoring
💧 Customer-specified protective coating on the container
💧 Air-conditioning + wall and ceiling insultation
