Leave It Open | Day 2 - Song a Day September Challenge

Number 2 is a simple and straightforward song called "Leave It Open".

The spiel:
Lord have mercy, I decided to take up the Song A Day September challenge despite burning out right at about halfway through the year on the Song A Week all year long challenge. Anyway we're doing this til the wheels fall off. Here's what I came up with on day 2

These songs are less refined, by nature of how they've been written, quickly with no real time for perfection or revision. That said, I last attempted this challenge in September 2021 when I actually wrote a number of songs which I've since recorded and released like "Poison Summer" and "Darker it Grows". I'm trying to treat it like a marathon this go around, cause it might just help me hit my original goal of 52 new songs this year, all mini-mester catch up style
