It’s been 5 weeks since my first naturopath visit where she addressed the root cause of my eczema. This is the follow-up, my second visit.

To be honest, I’m still sitting with a lot of doubt. I’ve lived with eczema for so long that it’s hard to picture life without it. Even though I want to believe that healing from the inside out is possible, part of me is still in a bit of doubt.

Not every step feels like progress, but I’m still going - and I want to share each part of it with you guys.
