Disney Channel Fall Preview Weekend 1992

This was all I got of the preview show between "Tron" and "The Black Hole" during The Disney Channel's Fall Preview Weekend in either August or September 1992, when the channel was still a premium offering in much of the United States.
After the offer of a backpack for new subscribers (part of the "yearlong celebration of Goofy"), Phylicia Rashad hosts the preview show. It begins with clips of "Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken," "The Rocketeer" and "The Rescuers Down Under," and looks ahead to original Disney Channel films "Bejewelled" and "The Ernest Green Story." This is followed by an extended look at "Avonlea" -- billed as "the most popular series in Disney Channel history" -- before my VCR cut off at the start of the "Family Specials" segment.
