By the time I reach the bottle filling stage there is a deep sense of completion that settles in. This oil has already lived a long life before it ever touches glass. It begins on the ground in Oman with the trees and the harvesters. Then comes sorting and cleaning the resin by hand. Still preparation. Fire management. Long distillation hours. Careful fractioning. Letting the oil rest and then bringing the fractions back together with intention. None of this is fast and none of it is automated. So when I finally watch it move into the bottles it feels less like finishing a product and more like closing a long chapter of work that was carried all the way through with attention. That moment is quiet. But it is one of the most rewarding parts of the entire process.
