This machine line is purposed to produce the dough crust, used for making burek and various types of pies. Usage of this machine line is for the needs of food industry, but primarily for the bakery. It is possible to produce the most diverse types of bureks, pies and baklavas. Not only from standard dimension barks, but also rolled barks, using varied types of stuffing, or without them, using only oil or fat.

The machine line is additionally equipped with a vessel for oil and fat, separate pump for oil and device for dosing the stuffing. Greasing is done on the both sides of barks, which positively influence on the quality of the product.

The machine has the ability to add a further dispenser, in this way it can simultaneously produce a product filled up with two different stuffing.

Dispenser uses varied types of stuffing, such as: apples, cherries, cheese, meat, spinach, potatoes, etc.

Thinning the dough is done by rollers, which thin the dough without spoiling its structure.

Maximum capacity of the machine line is 90kg per hour. (depending how much stuffing you add in the product)

Machine line is delivered wholly or in pieces. It is being compiled on the client’s address, in room where the machine should be placed.

The entire education of workers who will work on the machine and its launching, is included in the price.

In the price are not included: transport costs and machine composition. Transport costs depend on the client’s country.
