My last video , "Did It Work, Ultrasonic Antifouling", showed the result of a years use of an UltraSonic Antifouling system on my Westerly Ocean Quest sailboat Zephyr IV.
I got so many comments from watchers about the validity of the test, whether the whole thing was a scam, whether it was harmful to other marine life like whales and Dolphins, even whether dogs living on board would tolerate it.
I answered all the comments as best I could but I thought that wasn't enough so this video explains. in more detail, how UltraSonic antifouling actually works, how it is installed, what boat construction is suitable, how much power it consumes and any noticeable effect on other marine life.

It just happened that when we were sailing along the English Channel, between Portsmouth and Brighton, a few days later we were joined by a pod of Dolphins so you can see for yourself how they reacted to the noise from the UltraSonic Antifouling, which operates 24/7 on Zephyr IV.
