Sparkling Wine Cocktails

This week, on On the rocks, we'll cover our favorite cocktails made from sparkling wine. they're classy, delicious and they're the best way to impress any guests When making any cocktail with sparkling wine, be sure to add the sparkling wine to the drink last. We'll see our top 2 ones today:

First up is our strawberry kiss cocktail. Add Vodka, strawberry liqueur, orange juice and shake the drink with some ice cubes. Strain the drink into a wine glass and top it off with sparkling wine. Garnish with a strawberry!

Second we'll see how to make the Christmas kiss cocktail. Muddle some fresh strawberries in a shaker glass and muddle it. Add lime juice, strawberry puree, wild-berry syrup and vodka. Fill the shaker glass with ice cubes and give the drink a good shake. Double strain the drink into a wine glass and top it off with sparkling wine. Garnish it with cherry and mint.
