This intro alone was more than enough to convince me not to ever buy this product, or anything from Bissell, just the terrible music, dialogue, and camera angles pulled their weight in retardation. Also, I hate that they used it at the very end of the program. I mentioned before that they'll sometimes air the same paid program twice in an hour, putting the little "the preceding was a paid commercial program bought to you by (x)" at the end of the hour. I thought that's what they did here, and that I was an iβiot for only recording the first 30 minutes of it, but no, they did this because they realized that the program was too short and didn't meet the minimum 27 and a half minutes, so they put the intro there, just in case you didn't die of AIDS the first time around. Also, this is actually the third in a series of wet/dry vacuums from Bissell, the first two products of which, did in fact have paid programs to advertise them, and I was not made aware of this until I watched this third program, so don't ask me to upload those two. What really turned me off to this product was at 15:39 when the two hosts (who, undoubtedly have some kind of chemistry going on between them) were like "hey guys, don't believe the false press, because I'm still the host, in case you couldn't notice" This is not nuclear physics Bissell, we did not go BLIND between 12:18 and 15:39, if anything, you guys went senile in that white space. The sad part is that the company's CEO (the dude with the accent) seems like a nice, and genuine guy who wouldn't be willing to lie about his products, and most of the reviews seem convincing enough, and now, I don't care about it at all. This program, and the remaining negative reviews griping about the extensive and excessive cleaning process are more than enough to tell me that this product SUCKS booty cheeks. Eh, it's probably for the best, because this product can also connect to wi-fi, so me not getting this saves me the headache and heartache of the hackers finding, and griefing my house. Why can't the vacuum itself tell you when it's done with the cleaning process on the consumer friendly interface on its front, you know, where you can see what the battery life is at, and whether its set to hard floors or carpets and rugs? Why do the hackers require my personal information just so that I can see if this crap is finished cleaning the microfiber roller? Yeah, that's apparently all it cleans. Those negative reviews I mentioned earlier all say that you basically have to disassemble the thing to clean the components separately, including going over the roller again. Don't buy this guys, just save the trouble, and your money and don't buy this. I've never ever had to tell you guys not to buy something though its very own paid program, well, except for the Miracle Spring Water. I'm going to get copyright struck by Bissell lol
