GOQii players paired with GOQii Coaches as a team of 4 participated for the first time in the OXFAM Mumbai 100 km Trailwalk (2014) and it was a massive success! Total of 16 GOQii teams took this challenge and 100% of the teams completed with a 90% player level completion.

As a part of Mumbai Trailwalker, they tackled 100km of Indian terrain within 48 hours as a team. It was an experience of a lifetime and they made a difference by raising funds in our fight against inequality. It was a challenge to know their inner self by conquering their fears, test their patience, team work, build self confidence and the pleasure to walk for Charity. It was an immense pleasure to see the GOQii Teams complete at the finish point and dance way to glory while forgetting all the pain and weakness.

#betheforce theme was composed for GOQii by Rushi Vakil when he came to know about the idea. He got so inspired by our journey which lead to this inspirational and energetic composition. For Rushi Vakil, music has been a lifelong companion. His eclectic taste in music informs the global influences in his compositions, while his formal training in tabla under his Guru and father Pandit Divyang Vakil grounds his work with tradition, consistency and technical mastery. A self-taught keyboardist, who also plays a variety of other instruments, Rushi is featured as an artist and/or composer in several albums. As a music director, he has worked on short films, dance productions, commercials, documentaries, and animation movies.
