Puja Khedkar, Probationer IAS Officer made the news for all the wrong reasons. Selected as an Officer under the OBC plus PwBD category after clearing the UPSC CSE exam 2022, she was posted to Pune, Maharashtra for training. However, during training she made absurd demands of separate office, VIP Car, Lal Batti and more. It was found that while she claimed to be from non-creamy layer and used OBC Reservation, her own assets are over 17 crore, while her father, a former IAS officer has property over 40 crore.

Apart from her lavish lifestyle, she claimed People with Benchmark Disability, highest disability reservation. However, it was found she faked her Ration Card, Name, and got fake disability certificates and even used different names before the CAT.

She drives an Audi A4, car worth 45 lakh, with a red beacon, VIP number plate and Maharashtra Government Insignia without any permission. Currently, she has been called back to LABSNAA following the controversy.

However, this has raised investigation on quite a few officers. Ex-IAS turned actor Abhishek Singh has come under scrutiny as he also made fake disability certificates to get his job. He has featured in many dance videos including his own composed song with Sunny Leone.
