Edited video - omitting the 'waiting' time - of my motorcycle arriving at the Eurotunnel terminal at Calais, August 2016. Security and Border controls, marshalling, queueing and finally boarding the train carriage. Note that after being instructed to wait at the top of the down ramp, I was then signalled forward by one of the train staff. It's quite painless although there can be a lot of waiting if the check-ins are busy. However once through the border controls the staff are efficient. Arriving early or late is not a problem as the automated check-ins make taking an earlier or later train very easy.
